about these photos:
I visited the cities of Oslob and Boracay in July 2015. I based myself at hostels in both locations and managed to get around on foot, in tuk tuks and in Oslob I used public transportation and even a few taxis. While I found Boracay to be a little too touristic and crowded for my liking, there were a few great beaches for swimming and relaxing.
Oslob however impressed. Amazing waterfalls, open air markets and delicious street food all combined to provide some great experiences. And snorkeling with whale sharks was something I'll never forget. As the world's largest fish, these intimidating looking yet gentle giants gracefully floated around feeding letting you get incredibly close. Just wish my Go Pro worked properly that day. Just a reason to return someday I guess.
